Terms of Service
The deal when you use Trench
Effective November 7, 2026. These terms cover trenchlyfe.fun, launch.trenchlyfe.fun, the Trench iOS app and the Trench Telegram Mini App (together, “Trench”, “we”), operated by Kincaid Leadership Initiatives LLC, a Maryland company.
1. Who can use Trench
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use crypto services where you live. You may not use Trench if you are in, or a resident of, a country or on a list subject to sanctions that would make it unlawful for us to serve you, and you may not use Trench to evade such rules.
2. Non-custodial
Your Trench wallet is created on your device through our identity provider and only you control it. Wallets you connect (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, Ledger or others) stay under your control. We never have access to your private keys and cannot move, freeze or recover your funds. If you lose access to your account or wallet, we cannot restore your assets.
3. What Trench does
- LaunchpadCoins launched on Trench use an on-chain configuration that locks liquidity permanently and vests the creator's supply. Those rules are enforced by the blockchain program, not by us; we cannot change them for anyone.
- TradingTrades of Trench coins run on the Trench pool program. Trades of other Solana coins are routed through third-party aggregators. We show quotes, you sign, the network executes. Prices can move between quote and execution.
- One-click and ordersIf you turn on one-click trading or place limit, take-profit or stop-loss orders, you authorise a limited signing key to submit the trades you configure. You can revoke it at any time in the app. Orders may fail or fill at a different price in fast markets.
- RewardsHolder rewards, bagworker pay and MEV rebates are paid from fees as described in the guide and the thesis. Amounts depend on volume and can be zero. Payouts are made on chain to the wallet you designate.
- Trench ScoreTrench Score is an automated, informational signal built from public on-chain data. It is not a guarantee, an audit or a recommendation. A high score does not mean a coin is safe or will go up.
4. Fees
Trench coins carry a 1% trading fee after the anti-snipe window, shared with the creator, holders and bagworkers. Other Solana coins trade for 0.5% to Trench plus network fees. Graduation carries a 2% fee. Third parties (the Solana network, Meteora, Jupiter, payment providers such as MoonPay) charge their own fees, shown before you confirm. We may change our fees for future launches and trades; changes are posted in the changelog and never apply to coins already launched.
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in, devices and wallets secure. Anything done from your account is on you.
- Do your own research. You decide what to buy, sell or launch.
- Do not launch or promote coins that infringe someone else's rights, impersonate a person or brand, or are designed to defraud. Do not use bots or exploits against other users, manipulate markets, launder money, or break the law where you are.
- Pay your own taxes. We do not report or withhold on your behalf.
6. Launching a coin
When you launch, you are the issuer of that token and responsible for it, its name, image and claims. Creator fees and vested supply are released by the program on its schedule. We may hide a coin from Trench feeds, search and chat if it breaks these terms or the law; the token itself continues to exist on chain and we cannot remove it.
7. Third-party services
Trench relies on the Solana network, Meteora, Jupiter, Helius, Privy, Telegram, Apple and payment providers. Their availability, terms and fees are theirs. Buying SOL with a card is provided by MoonPay under MoonPay's terms and verification requirements; we do not process card payments.
8. No advice, no guarantees
Trench is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Nothing on Trench, in Trench Score, in the guide, in the Telegram channel or from @TheTrenchLyfe is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any coin. Memecoins are highly speculative and can lose all of their value. We do not guarantee uptime, execution, price, rewards or the behaviour of any coin or its creator.
9. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kincaid Leadership Initiatives LLC and its members are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost tokens, failed or delayed transactions, third-party failures, blockchain forks or outages, or indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the fees you paid to Trench in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Suspension and changes
We may suspend accounts, hide content or restrict features that break these terms, and we may change or discontinue parts of Trench. Because Trench is non-custodial, suspension never affects your wallet or your tokens. We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and big changes are announced on X and in the changelog.
11. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and each side waives a jury trial where permitted. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
12. Contact
